J3 Mall offers its customers an experiential environment, featuring a variety of services that enhance their shopping experience.

The Public Transport Bus Stop is located between Gate 1 and Gate 2. The Bus service is available for all areas of the city including the Interstate Bus Station from where you can take a Bus to another city. 

Wheelchairs are available for all physically challenged guests on a first – come, first – serve basis. Feel free to ask for a Wheelchair from the Floor Wardens. Wheelchairs are complimentary for use and available at Central Lobby.

J3 Mall has Security Guards, they are available for your assistance on all floors round the clock. If you feel you need more security, then please ask for Security Escorts.

If you’ve misplaced or lost an item in the mall, there’s a good chance it has found its way to our Lost & Found, located on reception.

Similarly, if you’ve found a personal belonging, please report it to any Guest Services Desk, or if convenient, deliver it to the Lost & Found.

For the courtesy of guests, The J3 Mall has onsite prayer rooms for men and women on every level and are clearly marked. For more details, please approach any Guest Services Desk or refer to our e-directories for locations.

If you’ve ordered a Careem or Uber, there are designated pick-up and drop-off points for your convenience, You’ll get this taxi within couples of  minutes.
